GLOBAL ENTRY or APEC Applicants:

NEXUS and FAST Applicants:

** THE CANADIAN INTERVIEW HAS TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE US INTERVIEW **

Your scheduled appointment time is with the Canadian Officer. Complete Canadian interview first, then you will be directed to US CBP to complete the process.

The Canadian Nexus Enrollment Center is located at 860 ON-137, Lansdowne, ON K0E 1L0, on 2nd floor.

Parking lot is located on the left, across the street from the Duty Free, Drive slow so you don't miss it.

The US Nexus/Global Entry Enrollment Center is located at 46735 Interstate I-81 # 1, Alexandria Bay, NY 13607

Do NOT type address into Google Maps, it will take you to the wrong location.

FROM USA: Take 81 North to Wellesley Island, NY (Toll Bridge) continue past the last USA Exit 52, past the Port of Entry and past the US Duty Free. Then use the turnaround BEFORE RIFT BRIDGE TO CANADA and travel back south to the Port of Entry. There is a gate across the road, it lifts automatically when you pull up to it. If the NEXUS lane is open, please use that lane first, if no NEXUS lane is open, just use a normal primary lane. Tell the Officer you are here for your GE appointment; the Officer will direct you to park in the designated location (Secondary Parking) and enter the Passenger Processing Center by using the double glass doors at the main building (glass wall next to primary). Please look for the sign in sheet on the left counter, sign in, take a seat, and wait patiently.

Notes

Documents needed for your interview :

- Copy of proof of Nexus/Global Entry Appointment

- Proof of Citizenship (Valid Passport / Birth Certificate / Enhance Drivers License)

- CRIMINAL RECORD / PARDON :

-You MUST bring Court documents and/or Pardon paperwork with you (in English)

- Birth Certificate, MANDATORY for applicants under 18 years old of age (MOM + DAD’S names on it)

- Proof of employment (Recent paystub / Employer’s letter of confirmation)

- All other document provided when you applied

If not USA/CAN Citizen :

o Permanent Resident Card

o Valid visa to enter the USA

o Work / Study permits

APPLICANTS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE :

Either one or both parents, a legal guardian or another adult must accompany a minor applying for NEXUS to the enrolment interview.

If only one parent with custody can attend the interview, or if the minor is accompanied by someone other than a parent or legal guardian, the accompanying adult needs to bring a letter of consent to the interview.

Letter of consent and supporting documents

The letter of consent is not required if the accompanying adult has sole custody (COURT DOCUMENT REQUIRED) or is the sole person recorded on the minor's birth certificate.

If applicable, the other parent with custody or shared custody, or the legal guardian of the minor must sign the letter of consent indicating that they agree to the minor becoming a NEXUS member. Have a copy of passport attached to the letter of consent of the other parent.

The accompanying adult must also provide supporting documents and the custody agreement, confirming that the child can legally leave the custodial jurisdiction.
