Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. We will not be able to admit you before your designated slot, as there are other individuals with appointments scheduled before yours.

For your appointment, you will need to bring identification documents such as a birth certificate, driver's license, lawful permanent resident card, visa, or passport, whichever applies to you. For Global Entry, a valid passport is mandatory. If you have any arrests, it is recommended that you bring all required court disposition documents to your appointment. If you are adding a vehicle, ensure you have the vehicle registration and insurance. If the vehicle is not registered to you, a notarized letter authorizing you to use the vehicle will be required. For information regarding business vehicles, please call the office directly.
