Important Information Regarding Your Appointment – Please read

For minor children: If both parents can’t be at the appointment a consent form is required. It can be a written statement from the parent that will not be at the appointment. Please attach a photo of a picture ID.

Directions: If you are not coming from Canada, please >>>>DO NOT FOLLOW GPS, IT WILL TAKE YOU TO CANADA<<<<<<<<. Follow the signage.

FROM DETROIT OR FLINT TAKE I-94 EAST INTO PORT HURON exit#275, at the light turn LEFT, stay in the LEFT turn lane. As soon as you go under the bridge, merge into the left turn lane, TURN LEFT into the CUSTOMS PARKING LOT (before the traffic light).

FROM CANADA - TAKE DOWNTOWN EXIT (on right) OFF OF BRIDGE, go to the traffic signal and turn RIGHT (Hancock St), next traffic light is PINE GROVE, turn RIGHT, stay in right hand lane; and go past the traffic light (Bridge to Canada), turn RIGHT into the CUSTOMS PARKING LOT ON RIGHT(fenced in area before you go under bridge) after the light. >Our office is in the structure of the bridge. The entry doors are the glass double doors which go into a vestibule, ring the intercom & let them know you are here for your appointment. The Enrollment Center in on the 2nd Floor.

Please do not be late for your appointment. If you are stuck in bridge traffic, please contact our office at (810) 989-8830 or (810) 989-8831 and we will try to accommodate your appointment.

All of the following documents are required: Passport(s), Birth Certificate, Driver’s License or Issued Photo ID, and Citizenship Documents; U.S. Naturalization Certificate or Canadian Citizen Certificate or Card

Our hours are M-T 8:30 - 3:00 p.m. W - TH 8:30 - 7:00 p.m. and Fri 8:30 - 3:00 p.m. Closed U.S. and Canadian holidays.
