Please note this is a special 1-day only enrollment event located at MacArthur (Islip) Airport located in Ronkonkoma, NY. Enrollments will take place inside the main terminal building by the luggage carousels. Please look for signs within.

Please be sure to bring your documents from your application - i.e. passport, visa, green card, driver's license, etc. Please also bring a proof of current address such as a utility bill. No walk-in appointments are available. Only scheduled interview appointments will be honored.
