Please note this is a special 1-day only enrollment event located at Republic Airport located at 7150 Republic Airport Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735. Enrollments will take place inside the main building. Please look for signs within.

Notes

Please be sure to bring your documents from your application - i.e. passport, visa, green card, driver's license, etc. Please also bring a proof of current address such as a utility bill. No walk-in appointments are available. For minors interviewing, a parent and the parent's passport and identification documents will be needed. Only scheduled interview appointments will be honored.
